程序员阿江(Relakkes) 56661c7967 fix: support desktop output style config (#652 )

Fixes #652.

Add desktop/server output style settings APIs and a General Settings picker
that mirrors the Claude CLI outputStyle sources.

Persist active-project choices to .claude/settings.local.json and global
choices to user settings, and route /config to the local settings UI.

Tested:

Claude Code Haha Desktop

基于 Tauri 2 + React 的桌面客户端。

构建产物位于 build-artifacts/ 目录，文件名会显式包含平台、架构和包类型。
