837337901d fix(diagnostics): stop logging expected states as errors and isolate tests
The diagnostics panel filled with red ERROR/WARN entries during normal use
because the capture layer treated "wrote to console" as "something failed",
with no severity gatekeeping. Much of the noise was also test runs leaking
into the user's real ~/.claude/cc-haha/diagnostics.

- diagnosticsService: default unclassified events to info (not error);
drop writes under NODE_ENV=test when no CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR is set; document
the console-capture contract (expected states use console.debug/info).
- index: don't install console/process capture under bun test.
- api/diagnostics: an ingested event with missing severity defaults to info.
- oauthRefreshLog (new): token refresh failure is gracefully handled and is
never an error — expected expiry (401/403/revoked) logs at debug, anything
else at warn. Wired into both Haha OAuth services.
- conversationService: classify cli_runtime_exit severity by exit code, so
clean/SIGTERM/SIGKILL exits are info and only abnormal codes stay error
(real "chat died" crashes remain perceivable).
- ws/handler: streaming partial tool-input JSON is normal — debug, not warn.

Tests: oauth-refresh-log + cli-exit-severity unit tests; diagnostics-service
covers the info default and the test-isolation guard.

81845fbc49 fix: finalize Electron migration boundaries
Complete the Electron replacement boundary before merging by removing the renderer-side Tauri host fallback, tightening H5/browser access so only desktop navigation is tokenless, and moving desktop release publication to a tag-driven GitHub Actions matrix with a single final publish job.

Constraint: H5/browser capability access must not gain tokenless access through localhost or retired Tauri origins

Constraint: Desktop release artifacts must be built by GitHub Actions from version tags, not treated as local build outputs

Rejected: Keep localhost browser origins trusted for convenience | local browser contexts can access loopback services and must use the H5 token path

Rejected: Publish from each matrix job | partial releases can be created before all platforms finish

Confidence: high

Scope-risk: broad

Directive: Do not reintroduce Tauri origins or localhost browser origins into the trusted desktop origin set without a reviewed security design

8b07c16f45 fix: keep startup failures visible in terminals
Diagnostics should capture fatal server failures without replacing the terminal stderr signal that developers rely on during local startup. Fatal uncaught exceptions now print their stack to stderr, persist the diagnostic event, and exit non-zero so repeated server starts expose port conflicts immediately.

Constraint: Startup diagnostics must still write sanitized runtime events for export bundles.
Rejected: Only document checking runtime-errors.log | developers should not lose the standard stderr failure path.
Confidence: high
Scope-risk: narrow
Directive: Do not install process-level exception handlers that swallow fatal startup errors without preserving stderr and non-zero exit behavior.
Tested: bun test src/server/__tests__/diagnostics-service.test.ts
Tested: bun run check:server
Tested: SERVER_PORT=3456 bun run src/server/index.ts returned exit=1 and printed the port-conflict stack while diagnostics recorded the event

f2437bf724 feat: Make diagnostics actionable for runtime failures
Diagnostics exports previously preserved only compact summaries, which made user-uploaded issue bundles hard to debug. This records richer sanitized details from server, CLI, SDK, browser, React, and desktop API failure paths while keeping request bodies and secrets out of client-side reports.

Constraint: Diagnostic bundles must be useful for GitHub issues without including chat contents, file contents, full environments, or API keys.
Rejected: Only expand the Settings UI summary | the exported bundle would still miss hidden runtime failures.
Confidence: high
Scope-risk: moderate
Directive: Keep diagnostics write paths best-effort and non-blocking; do not add request-body capture without a redaction review.

071975e0cc Improve desktop failure diagnosis with exportable logs
Desktop failures were previously hard to debug from issue reports because server-side and CLI startup details were only partially visible in the UI. This adds a dedicated cc-haha diagnostics store with sanitized structured events, runtime error summaries, a Settings diagnostics view, and an exportable bundle that users can attach to reports.

Constraint: Diagnostic exports must not include chat content, file contents, full environment variables, API keys, bearer tokens, cookies, or OAuth tokens.
Rejected: Export raw server logs | easier to debug but too likely to leak secrets and private workspace data.
Rejected: Keep diagnostics only in transient UI errors | still leaves maintainers unable to diagnose later GitHub issues.
Confidence: high
Scope-risk: moderate
Directive: Do not add raw transcript, prompt, attachment, or environment dumps to diagnostics without a separate privacy review.
