feat(desktop): add ClaudeOfficialLogin component

未登录时显示引导文案 + 登录按钮(点击 Tauri shell.open 打开浏览器)。
已登录时显示 subscription type + 登出按钮。Polling 由 store 驱动,
浏览器完成 OAuth 后 2s 内 UI 自动更新。

使用 Tailwind + CSS custom properties 对齐项目现有组件风格。
